How NeeDoh handles refunds and payment help
Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information. If a payment is declined, verify the entered details or contact the card issuer. We may cancel or review an order when payment cannot be authorized or when fraud screening identifies a material risk.

How NeeDoh handles secure processing
Every listed price and charge is processed in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. The payment options actually available for an order are displayed securely at checkout.

NeeDoh: currency and methods
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after return inspection and approval. Payment questions may be sent to Support@NeeDose.shop or 603-893-2740.

How NeeDoh handles billing checks
Payment details are protected and processed by Shopify and authorized payment providers. NeeDoh does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. A card issuer may place an authorization hold, request additional verification, approve, or decline a transaction under its own rules.
